The House
Can Refugio is situated in the exclusive urbanisation Vista Alegre in Es Cubells. It is located on one of the most secluded plots in Vista Alegre, almost completely surrounded by the nature reserve, with spectacular views towards Porroig and Formentera from a cliff position 100m above the Mediterranean Sea. Can Refugio’s main house is equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite), a large living and dining space with fireplace and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The separate casita offers another double bed, en-suite bathroom and lounge. Outside, Can Refugio offers various dining and lounging areas, a covered terrace, table tennis, and a pool.

Location
Vista Alegre is the most exclusive private residential urbanisation on Ibiza. Located to the southwest of the island, Vista Alegre is home to the most luxurious and spectacular villas on the island, with direct access to a beautiful cove and a private jetty where boats can conveniently and safely pick up the proprietors and residents.
